About Role
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field service team. You’ll oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure quality across all services. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining the highest operational standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance operations and service schedules.
Train and guide technicians to meet performance goals.
Conduct quality checks and ensure safety compliance.
Track supplies, tools, and equipment usage.
Communicate effectively with clients and management.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in pool or facility maintenance supervision.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and water chemistry.
