About Role
We are seeking a skilled Pool Renovation Worker to join our growing renovation team. You’ll assist in resurfacing, tiling, and structural repair of swimming pools, ensuring each renovation meets our quality standards. This role involves hands-on work, teamwork, and a keen eye for detail to help bring our clients’ vision to life.
Responsibilities
Assist in pool resurfacing, tiling, and coping installations.
Perform minor concrete or structural repairs as needed.
Prepare job sites, mix materials, and operate tools safely.
Support senior renovation specialists with technical tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after each project.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in construction or pool renovation (preferred).
Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor outdoors.
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
Basic understanding of tools, materials, and safety procedures.
