About Role
We’re hiring another Pump Repair Specialist to join our growing technical team. In this role, you’ll focus on troubleshooting pump performance issues, replacing worn components, and performing complete pump rebuilds when necessary. Your expertise will ensure our clients’ pools run reliably, saving them time and energy.
Responsibilities
Diagnose pump and motor malfunctions quickly.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble pump units.
Replace seals, bearings, and impellers as needed.
Test systems for pressure, suction, and efficiency.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure full system health.
What We’re Looking For
Mechanical aptitude and pump system repair experience.
Ability to read schematics and follow repair procedures.
Knowledge of electrical components and safety protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
